James Daniel's Story
I was born in North Carolina and lived all over the country until we settled in Artesia, NM where I graduated from Artesia High. Worked at KSVP in Artesia, moved to KBIM in Roswell, then KOAT TV in Albuquerque while attending UNM. Went on to manage a small college radio station, married Beverly Jones from Amarillo, TX in 1978. 986 in San Diego, CA when I left as a Lieutenant.
Worked a lot of jobs (restaurant manager, mainly) and completed computer programming training. Worked as a developer for payroll applications until I moved on to manage the Payroll Department for Southwestern Bell (later Cingular). Became a payroll consultant in 2002 and am currently employed by PriceWaterhouseCoopers and a consulting manager for payroll.
